The duo of Caity Gyorgy and Mark Limacher is pure magic. BuckingJam Palace audiences were privileged to watch this duo form three years ago and it was the perfect musical partnership right from the start. Since that first concert, the pair have gone on to record an album of Jerome Kern tunes”You’re Alike You Two”, storm the Spotify universe with their holiday tunes, and tour in the U.S.
Caity won her second consecutive JUNO-award this year for her outstanding album “Featuring”. Mark created a new album of hauntingly beautiful contemporary chamber music. Separately, they are outstanding bright lights in the Canadian music scene. Together, they amplify each other’s creativity and bring the audience along for a spectacular ride.
PLEASE NOTE: The December 16th concert only offers a “By Request” option. For an additional tax-receiptable $200 donation to BJP that supports programming, Caity and Mark will perform your special jazz standard…and we invite you to provide the introduction at the concert and tell us all why this song is important to you. Celebrate a special memory in your life or give the perfect Christmas gift to a jazz lover you love. Limited request spots available.
