Support Live Jazz in Calgary
Everything around the music, from the piano tuning to the person at the door, is paid for by members, donors, sponsors and public funders, and this page is where you pick which one to be.
We are proud that BJP stands for equity, service and authenticity. If those are your values too, there are three ways to help, and they do different things, so it is worth knowing which is which before you click.
Nica's Circle
$100 a year, or $175 for a household of up to four, running August 1 to July 31. Members get 48 hours early access to ticket sales for regular season concerts, which is how most people get into the shows that sell out. Nica's Circle is not eligible for a charitable tax receipt.

Donations to the BJP Music Foundation are receipted and go straight to concerts and to the artists who play them. Donor Circles begin at $250 and do not include early ticket access, which stays with Nica's Circle.

Businesses and leadership donors can underwrite a concert, a series or a project. Our Executive Director, Aimee-Jo Benoit, will walk you through what is open this season.

Other Ways That Count
Come to concerts and bring a friend. Buy the artist's record at the merch table. Volunteer for a night. Sign up for the newsletter and share the season announcement. A $10 gift and a full house are both support, and we honour both.
