Can't Use Your Ticket?
In a 55-seat venue, every seat counts. Here is what to do with a ticket you cannot use.
Pass It On
Give your ticket to a friend and ask them to give the original purchaser’s name at the door. We will be glad to welcome them. There is no need to tell us in advance.
Sell It
There is usually a waitlist for sold-out concerts. If you would like to sell your ticket at face value, use the ticket exchange. BJP does not handle the money on resales, and we do not permit resale above face value.
Donate It
If you would rather give your ticket to a student or a musician, email Aimee-Jo with the concert name and we will find it a good home. Donated tickets are not eligible for a tax receipt.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except when BJP cancels or moves a concert, in which case every ticket holder is emailed and refunded in full through Zeffy.
Sold-Out Concerts
Every sold-out concert has a waitlist on its page. Join it and we will email you if a seat opens, in the order people signed up.
Getting In
Doors open 30 minutes before the music. At the house we ask you to arrive on time, because there is no lobby and the first tune is quiet. Directions to BuckingJam Palace are sent to ticket holders by email; if yours has not arrived the day before the concert, check your junk folder and then write to us.
