Privacy Policy

When you buy a ticket, join Nica’s Circle or donate, Zeffy collects your name, email address, and payment details, and passes your name and email to us. Payment details never reach us. When you sign up for the newsletter we keep your email address. When you use the contact form we keep what you sent so we can reply.

To send you your tickets and directions, to issue tax receipts (which the Canada Revenue Agency requires us to keep records of), to tell you about concerts, and to answer your questions. That is the list.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services that make the site work: Zeffy, our newsletter platform, and our web host. Musicians never receive audience lists.

The address of BuckingJam Palace is sent only to ticket holders and is not published. Please do not post it.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We keep donation records as long as the CRA requires and delete the rest when it is no longer needed.

If this policy changes we will update the date below and, for anything significant, tell subscribers by email.
