Following on the heels of an impressive 12-concert Canadian Jazz Festival tour, Montreal pianist and composer Kate Wyatt brings her all-star quartet to BuckingJam Palace. Trumpeter Lex French, bassist Adrian Vedady and drummer Louis-Vincent Hamel will join Wyatt in performance of music from her critically-acclaimed album Artifact, as well as choice standards from the Great American Songbook. From Peter Hum of the Ottawa Citizen:
“Pianist and composer Kate Wyatt is making some of Canada’s most exciting and engrossing small-ensemble jazz these days”.
Don’t miss this opportunity to hear fresh sounds of Montreal jazz played by some of the top musicians of the country.
